Office of 2nd VDG

This year at Convention, delegates will be asked to vote on changes to the District Constitution and By-Laws which will establish an office of Second Vice District Governor, rename the current office of Vice District Governor to First Vice District Governor, and establish eligibility requirements for each. This vote is required to bring our District Constitution and By-Laws into conformance with the recently amended International Constitution and By-Laws.

If passed, the changes to the Constitution and By-Laws will be effective immediately, and we will need to elect a First Vice District Governor and a Second Vice District Governor. In subsequent elections, normally, each officer will advance to the next office and a new Second Vice District Governor will be elected.
